CALL FOR PAPERS

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTION

The submitted paper should be in the IEEE conference format and should be no more than 6 pages in length. The formatting guidelines can be found at: http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/formatting.

The paper should not be previously published or currently under review elsewhere. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and selected based on their originality, merit, and relevance to the workshop. Accepted papers will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press in the combined PerCom 2013 workshops proceedings. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and attend the workshop to present the paper. Selected papers with high qualities will be invited to submit to a Journal special session. For example, selected papers from IQ2S 2012 are currently being fast tracked for publication in the PMC journal.
